Stefan has lived at 515 S. Pleasant View Dr. in Ward 4 since January 1, 2021 — more than five years of continuous residency in Mustang, well beyond the one-year requirement to serve. He is a registered voter in the City of Mustang and a naturalized United States citizen.
Born and raised in a small town in southern Germany, Stefan spent over ten years as a volunteer firefighter before moving to Oklahoma in 2002. Since then he has built a career in aerospace manufacturing as a CNC machinist and programmer, managing teams of more than twenty employees and chairing his company's safety committee for four of his nine years on it.

In 2014, Stefan founded his family's woodworking business, crafting high-quality wooden signs and plaques for the U.S. Military. He relocated the business to Mustang in 2021 and is an active member of First Baptist Church in Mustang.
If appointed, Stefan intends to represent Ward 4 with integrity and transparency — and to run for reelection at the next general municipal election so he can keep serving the community for the long term.
