One hour, one-on-one, focused on your small shop.
You don't need more followers. You need a shop that runs faster, wastes less and pays less for materials. I'm a German-trained metalworker turned woodworker. I've worked in aerospace production (the F-35 prototype phase, Gulfstream and Boeing), programmed CNC machines in the oil business, and have run my own business since 2014, with 25.5k sales and a 5.0-star rating on Etsy.
What we can work on:

• Cut the waste in your production line
• Cut material costs: sourcing and negotiating raw materials
• CNC and laser workflow (VCarve Pro, LightBurn)
• Bookkeeping software and keeping your books organized (I'm not a CPA)

• Customer service: communication, turning inquiries into orders, and earning 5-star reviews
What I don't teach: how to become a social media influencer, how to get followers, or how to become a YouTube star.
